CERTIFICATES FROM SUMMER 2025

• Must be signed for from Reception after 11th December  

If you are moving on to a new destination, your certificates will be available for collection from Reception on a drop-in basis between 11am and 2pm from Thursday 11 December 2025 until Monday 10 February 2026 (just before Spring half term). Please bring valid photo ID to confirm your identity.

After half term, certificates will be stored securely until 18 July 2026. During this period, collection must be arranged in advance by contacting Reception.

It is essential that you collect and keep your certificates safe, as they will be required in the future. Replacement certificates are both costly and difficult to obtain. Please note that The Piggott School is not obliged to retain certificates beyond one year. Any unclaimed certificates may be destroyed or returned to the exam board, in which case you would need to apply directly to the exam board for replacements at significant expense.

Certificates may also be collected by a nominated person. In this case, the candidate must provide written permission, which must be presented to Reception along with proof of ID from the nominated individual.
