Charvil Dance Squad

We are incredibly proud of our fully inclusive Dance Squad, which brings together boys and girls from both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. We believe that dance is for everyone, and our squad is a brilliant example of how children of all ages and abilities can work together to create something spectacular.
Our dancers have had the amazing experience of performing all over the country, travelling everywhere from Reading to Swindon to compete in the Great British Dance Off. They often find themselves performing against elite private dance schools. Despite the tough competition, our children show incredible grit and passion, proving that with hard work and teamwork, they can hold their own on a national stage!
Being part of the Dance Squad is about more than just learning routines; it’s about:
-
Inclusivity: Giving every child, regardless of experience, the chance to be part of a professional team.
-
Confidence: Developing the courage to perform in front of huge audiences in professional theatres.
-
Dedication: Practising hard to perfect complex choreography for national competitions.
We are so proud of the way our dancers represent the school with such energy and spirit. They are a true credit to our community and a shining example of what our children can achieve when they dream big!
