We walked around and saw some fascinating creatures such as: a sloth, a toucan, monkeys, blue poisonous dart frogs and a salmon-pink bellied bird-eating spider / tarantula.  We also wrote down plant and animal facts to use in our English work.  Then we put down all the things that we could touch, hear, smell, taste and see. 

We were left to free roam in our groups and to interest ourselves in all the animals and plants.  After that we had a tour guide that told us amazing information about the incredible creatures and plants that live there.
