We will be holding our first online Parents’ Evening on Wednesday 18^th November 2020. This will be for Year 11 parents and will be the last full Parents’ Evening before the GCSE examinations.  We would strongly urge both you and your child to attend in order to discuss progress towards target grades.

You should have received your child’s academic report prior to the evening and any concerns you may have regarding this can be discussed at this time.

The school has introduced a new intuitive and easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback.

Appointments can be made from Wednesday 4^th November at 8am and will close on Wednesday 18^th November at 12pm.  Should you wish to make any changes after this date please contact the school office. All appointments will take place online using the websites built in video conferencing software. You will find more information of how to attend appointments over video call in the document attached below.

Also available will be Mrs Hunt, Special Needs Co-ordinator, and Mrs van den Berghen, the Careers Advisor, who will be available for appointments of you have any questions relating to decisions towards the future.
