Humanities Specialism

Our Humanities Second Specialism further enhances the international opportunities and experiences created by our Language College status.

Our project ‘One World Many Voices’ is providing students with a more diverse, creative and enriched curriculum. This themed approach is now firmly established in the English and Geography curriculum and our students are working towards the creation of our first electronic international magazine.

We are proud that the continuing improvement of literacy and communication skills is having a major impact on teaching and learning at The Piggott.

New Ways of Working and Learning

We are encouraging new ways of working and learning using the latest technology and the geography department is rightly proud of its new ICT suite.
