Piggott Sixth Form

The new Sixth Form Block, which opened summer 2012, is already having a positive impact on everyone – students have space to work effectively, there is a distinction between areas for study and socialising and many colleagues have new office space, storage facilities and an environment conducive to excellent teaching and learning.

Current Information

2012 A Level Success

Our 2012 A Level results - 56% at A*-B grade and 81% at A*-C

Many of the students that achieved these superb results took up places at University in the Autumn of 2012.

Debating Matters

Debates are held in the Drama studio every Wednesday on a variety of topics, and make for an opportunity for students to exercise their critical thinking skills, construct an argument, and get a better understanding of the wider issues of society. The group is open to anyone who would like to take part from years 11 to 13. For further information, students should see or email Mr Morse.
